It's the most wonderful time of the year....for food, photography and celebrations. What better time than to catch up with Emma Sleight, Head of Food Content, Social, Editorial & Art Buying, Marks & Spencer and ask for her personal yuletide favourites....
“It would have to be our Christmas Dry Gin no 5. It’s hand-crafted in small batches by the Old Curiosity Distillery in Edinburgh and is a blend of ginger, cardamom and cinnamon – so basically Christmas in a glass. It also comes in mini form this year in teeny bottles you can hang on your tree as baubles.
I am also in love with our Salted Caramel Cream. I put it on/in everything – mince pies, ice cream, coffee, a spoon heading for my mouth…”
The Marks & Spencer Food Portraiture category is one of the most popular categories, every year entries from all over the world are submitted and without exception make our mouths water.
If you think you can capture the essence of festive food celebrations, then why not enter the competition this year?
Creativity and photography excellence could see you winning this most coveted of categories.
Happy Festivities, and Good Luck!
