Student Food Photographer of the Year supported by the Royal Photographic Society

If you are a passionate student photographer currently attending a photography course at a recognised college or university, you can have the chance to win our Student Food Photographer Of The Year Award.

Submit up to 5 food-related images to this category free of charge for your chance to win.

 

Prizes

The winner and two runners up of the Student Food Photographer of the Year category will receive an RPS Membership, worth £55. The winning student will have their work and an interview published in the award-winning RPS Journal.

In addition, the winner of the Student Food Photographer of the Year category will have the unique opportunity to have a 60-minute one-to-one Zoom meeting with Commercial Photography Consultant and Mentor, Zoe Whishaw. This will include:

  • Website review
  • Analysis of creative direction
  • Options and ideas to take career forwards

 

Before entering our photography competition for students, please note:

  • The winner of the Student Food Photographer of the Year category is not eligible for the overall title of Pink Lady® Food Photographer of the Year
  • This category is only available for full-time and part-time students currently attending a photography course at a recognised college or university.
